1 Scope
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online shop .
Naturify.ch, powered by Salesbroker GmbH, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of these General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Customer conditions that conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions will not be recognized.
The range of products and services in the online shop is aimed exclusively at customers with a residence or company headquarters in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
The offer is valid as long as the product can be found via the search engine in the online shop and/or stocks last.
Orders in non-standard household quantities can be requested via info@naturify.ch.
2 information
All sales prices published in the online shop represent prices that include all taxes (in particular VAT), any advanced recycling fees (vRG), costs for packaging/s for the advertised delivery period and all other possible duties, fees or delivery costs. Naturify.ch reserves the right to change the prices of the products and services offered at any time. The decisive factor for the conclusion of the purchase contract is the price in the online shop at the time of the order.
3 Conclusion of contract
The products and prices in the online shop are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the condition that delivery is impossible or that the price is incorrect, which terminates the contract.
The purchase contract for products or services from Naturify.ch is concluded as soon as the customer places the order in the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “purchase contract”).
The arrival of an online order is notified to the customer by means of an automatically generated order confirmation from Naturify.ch to the email address they provided. Receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not contain any promise that the product can actually be delivered. It simply shows the customer that the order placed has arrived at the online shop and the contract with Pressabottle Switzerland has therefore been concluded under the condition that delivery is possible and the correct price is quoted.
4 Disclaimer
Although we always strive to ensure that the product information on our shop is correct, it may happen that manufacturers change their list of ingredients. Product packaging and related documents may contain information that is beyond and/or different from what we have provided. All product information on naturify.ch is provided solely for informational purposes. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information displayed on our shop, but that you also carefully read the labels, warnings and instructions provided with the item before using the products.

5 delivery
The customer's delivery address must be in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and easily accessible by truck. If this is not the case, the customer will bear any possible cost consequences.
If the customer does not accept the ordered products on the agreed or indicated delivery date, Naturify.ch can terminate (cancel) the contract and invoice the customer for the delivery costs incurred and any loss of value.
6 Obligation to Inspect
The customer must immediately check delivered products for accuracy, completeness and delivery damage.
For freight forwarding deliveries, any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery note.
Delivery damage, incorrect and incomplete deliveries must be reported for all products and services within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery. Customers are not allowed to use such a product. You must keep it as received in the original packaging and follow the instructions for the return and returns process.
7 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions are completely excluded. Naturify.ch guarantees that the ordered product is free of defects and functional for 2 years after delivery
- Replacement with a new product by Naturify.ch (new warranty period of 2 years from replacement)
- Credit at the current price (maximum the sales price at the time of the order)
8 Liability and exclusion of liability
Liability depends on the applicable legal provisions. However, Salesbroker is in no case liable for slight negligence, indirect and indirect damages and consequential damages and lost profits, unrealized savings, damages resulting from late delivery as well as any acts and omissions of Salesbroker's auxiliary persons, whether contractual or non-contractual.
Furthermore, Naturify.ch is not liable for damages that are attributable to one of the following causes:
- improper, non-contractual or unlawful storage, adjustment or use of the products
- Force majeure, in particular natural, moisture, fall and impact damage, etc.
- which are not the responsibility of Naturify.ch, and official orders.
9 payment
All payment claims for products and services purchased via the Naturify.ch online shop will be made to the customer.
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
Customers have access to the payment options offered in the online shop under “Payment options”.
If you pay with a credit card or other instant payment method, you will be charged when you order.
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
In the case of a chargeable purchase on account, the customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within 30 calendar days of receipt of the delivery without any (discount) deductions. In the event of a partial return of the delivered products, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly.
MF Group/POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the individual invoice you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY 's terms and conditions in addition to our general terms and conditions. ( powerpay.ch/de/agb ).
10 Late Payment
If the customer does not meet their payment obligations in whole or in part, all outstanding amounts that the customer owes under any title will become due immediately and Naturify.ch can demand these immediately and stop further deliveries of products to the customer.
Naturify.ch charges a processing fee for reminders. If reminders are unsuccessful, the invoice amounts can be assigned to a company commissioned with debt collection. In this case, an additional effective annual interest rate of up to 15% may be charged on the invoice amount owed from the due date. The company responsible for debt collection will claim the outstanding amounts in its own name and on its own account and may charge additional processing fees.
11 Retention of title
Ordered products remain the property of Naturify.ch until full payment has been made.
12 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
All legal relationships between Naturify.ch and the customer are subject to substantive Swiss law. The Vienna Sales Convention is not applicable.
The following exclusive jurisdictions apply:
For all claims arising from purchase contracts in which Naturify.ch, powered by Salesbroker GmbH, is a contracting party.
For lawsuits brought by consumers, Stans or their place of residence is the place of jurisdiction. In all other cases, CH-6370 is Stan's exclusive place of jurisdiction.
