WARRANTY:
The statutory warranty provisions are completely excluded.
Naturify.ch guarantees that the ordered product is free of defects and functional for 2 years after delivery:
- Replacement with a new product by Naturify.ch (new warranty period of 2 years from replacement)
- Credit at the current price (maximum the sales price at the time of the order)

The return periods apply from the shipping date. The date of the postmark is decisive for the return.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
