Unterstützend im Alltag.

Supportive in everyday life.

How do you find small routines that suit you?

On Sunday, many things sound simple:

  • get up earlier
  • go outside more often
  • spend less time on your smartphone.

On Tuesday, an appointment gets in the way. On Wednesday, it rains. And just like that, the good intention feels like another unfinished task.

Perhaps the idea wasn't wrong, just too big for this week.

Very concrete things are often helpful in everyday life:

  • a prepared bag
  • a clear agreement
  • or a break that is already in the calendar.

You don't have to reorganize everything. Start where you can save yourself a small chore.

First, find out what is unnecessarily occupying your time

Observe an ordinary day. Where do you regularly look for something, keep having to make new decisions, or do several things at once?

Perhaps your keys are in a different place every morning. Perhaps you think anew every day about when to go grocery shopping. Or you answer messages while doing a task that actually requires your full attention.

Choose one of these situations. A small, concrete change is sufficient for a start.

Connect your idea to something that happens anyway

An intention needs a place and specifies an occasion and an action.

  • I would like to take a break more often
  • After lunch, I go outside for a moment

Further possibilities:

  • After coming home, you put your keys and bag in the same place.
  • After the last work appointment of the day, you note down the most important task for tomorrow.
  • Before sitting down on the sofa in the evening, you put your smartphone in a fixed charging spot.

Choose only one connection. You can change it after a few days if it doesn't fit.

Plan a small version for busy days

A half-hour walk can become a short loop on a busy day. A chapter in a book can become one page. Cleaning the apartment can become clearing off the dining table.

A small version is not a failed plan. It is a conscious decision about what is possible today. And sometimes even that falls through. You can choose anew the next day.

Use support that is truly practical

You don't have to create every relief yourself. Make an appointment with someone for a walk. Divide a household task concretely. For an unclear task, ask for a priority instead of starting everything at once.

The more precise a request is, the easier it is to answer. "Can you handle the grocery shopping today?" is more concrete than "I need some relief."

Does 10% automatically mean a gentle start?

Product knowledge Bergblüten

When comparing BergBlüten URSPRUNG, you will find a variant with 10%. The original label also states the quantity of 1000 mg.

The lower concentration specification does not automatically make a product a beginner product. It proves neither a gentle effect nor personal suitability.

10% or 20% – what is the difference between the variants?

BergBlüten URSPRUNG combines hemp nut oil as a carrier oil with a full-spectrum hemp extract. Both variants contain 10 ml. The difference lies in the declared concentration.

With the same reference size, 20% represents double the concentration compared to 10%. Therefore, the bottle does not contain more oil. Rather, the ingredient to which the percentage on the label refers is present in a higher proportion.

What do the numbers on the bottle mean?

The specifications complement each other:

  • 10 ml denotes the total bottle content.
  • 10% or 20% describes the declared concentration.
  • 1,000 mg or 2,000 mg states the corresponding ingredient quantity per bottle.

This makes it easier to compare two bottles of the same size: the 20% variant contains twice the declared ingredient amount of the 10% variant.

Does a higher concentration also mean higher quality?

Concentration alone is not a quality indicator. Relevant factors for this include, for example, raw materials, manufacturing, and verifiable laboratory analyses.

A more intense scent cannot be inferred from the higher percentage either. The typical hemp scent is primarily shaped by aromas such as terpenes. A higher concentration therefore does not automatically mean a stronger scent experience.

What does full-spectrum mean?

"Full-spectrum" describes an extract with various components of the hemp plant. This can include cannabinoids and natural aromas. The term describes the variety of contained plant components; the percentage, in contrast, describes a specific concentration.

Observe the usage and safety instructions on the original label.

For an informed decision, these questions are more helpful than the number alone:

  • What is the intended use of the oil?
  • Which ingredients are listed in full?
  • Which manufacturer instructions and restrictions apply?
  • Are the cited test certificates assigned to the specific product or batch?

Your attempt for the coming week

Choose an action that is personally important to you. Look back after a week:

  • Did it fit into your everyday life?
  • Would you like to keep it
  • simplify it, or replace it?

You don't need a perfect streak or an evaluation. It is about finding out what is practical for your daily life.

Your next step: Choose one small routine you would like to try out this week.
