The essential oil is made from the Sweet Grass Family t. The grass is mainly found in Nepal and Sri Lanka.

The name is derived from the French word for "lemon balm".

It can be used in athlete's foot with muscle tension and to Insect repellent can be applied.

Application for insect repellent:

• Mix a few drops into body cream and apply to skin
