Arrived at the menopause?
This stage of life can be fierce and calls on us men to deal with the issue thoroughly. So let's talk about it.
A woman's menopause is much more than hot flushes
But what does that have to do with us men?
.... a lot, I would say! You experience your wife or your life partner in a strenuous uphill and downhill ride and are confronted with new life situations. Understanding for people, respectful interaction and partnership take on new dimensions.
What is climacteric?
Can only women go through the menopause? No! Men can also suffer from hormonal fluctuations
We men also go through a hormonal transition - and one in five men in their mid-50s feels the side effects of the menopause. When hormone levels drop, the lack of testosterone causes hair to thin and muscles to flab.
But usually our wife or life partner challenges us with the body change first!
the cocktail of a "Woman on Fire"

At the beginning, women often experience symptoms that they do not associate with the menopause at all.
If you as a man or partner recognise the following discomfort, then it's time to deal with the issue:
- joint pain,
- Headache
- Depression
- Mood swings
- swollen joints
- Chest pain
- Cycle disorders
- poorer sleep
- Weight gain
- Dry eyes
If the woman is in the middle of the change, classics can occur such as:
- Hot flushes
- Night sweats
- reduced libido
- Difficulty thinking and remembering
- strong PMS
- Fears and tantrums
- of fatigue
Oestrogen and progesterone play an elementary role
Hormone production from the ovaries and other organs decreases. The hormones oestrogen and progesterone play a particularly important role. Their production begins to decline in the late 30s and early 40s. The body slowly adjusts, the menopause is just around the corner!
As husbands or life partners, we are challenged to give the best possible support during this time of change.
Motivate them to do so! Women don't necessarily like to talk about it either.
Every woman manages herself and individually through the menopause
The knowledge from the network massively exceeds the recommendations of the gynaecologists, I guarantee you that! I also recommend that all women see a gynaecologist who specialises in the menopause.
The new phase of life will be exciting and certainly more relaxed.n
The menopause is no longer an elephant and offers a new opportunity to change things that have been stuck for a long time. The woman rediscovers herself and her femininity and together there is the possibility of a new high phase in the relationship.
Look forward to the following, autumn shows itself from its most beautiful side!
BETTER WELL-BEING WITH CBD PRODUCTS!
Unfortunately, during the menopause, people are quick to resort to a lot of chemicals. Understandable, but not always necessary!
I have had incredible success with CBD oils.
For example, a massage on the feet with the CBD massage oil Power Days can have a supportive effect against a wide range of complaints all over the body. A foot massage has a fundamentally relaxing effect and can promote well-being.
Even in the mood swings during the climacteric phase, you can be close to your favourite person with a massage
You can positively influence the following via the foot reflex zones:
- Restless legs
- Tensions
- Cramps
- Sleep disorders
- Cycle disorders
- Mood swings
- Weakened health and immune system
The innovative symbiosis from nature for the female cycle!
I can recommend the CBD massage oil Krafttage by Bergblüten.

- Frauenmantel
- Mönchspfeffer
